My first experience with a PT pro. Ashton identified exercises that I could do at home and varied the exercises during each session so they were not boring. She also encouraged me to challenge myself. She made me feel confident.
This has been a genuinely life-changing experience. Between the thoughtful and fun employees, the flexible timing, and the rigorous exercise plans, I went from struggling to walk to achieving goal after goal that I had set with them. I appreciate their kindness, humor, and warmth as they helped me heal from injuries that were several years old. If you get the chance, I would absolutely recommend this place every time.
