Expect getting nothing for your money. Paid $169,000 and found out that the primary person responsible for the project has a severe anger management problem -- one that left us with a severely damaged truck; a ruined camper-trailer; a badly-leaking septic system; a trashed work site; leaking drums of toxic chemicals that ruined the worksite; and a truckload of unfilled promises. Wonderful Experience! We Love our Makovic Home! We couldn't be happier with our home and the builder. Makovic Homes did the entire job from start to finish which I would suggest everyone use their turn key package. The office was excellent with responses. One of the reasons we chose this builder is because my wife pointed how how they were always there and we were not waiting until end of the day to get calls back like we did from other smaller builders that do not have model home center or the amount if staffing. Makovic Homes puts nothing into delivering the promised product within the promised time frame. Contracted them-almost Two years ago. A month before having a mastectomy. They still haven’t completed the home to this day. Who does that to a cancer patient? Makovic Homes that’s who.
