My first visit with Dr Tokiwa went seamlessly. The receptionists, nurses, and clinical staff were all very friendly and approachable. The waiting area was spacious and quiet and we did not have to wait for long before we were seen. Dr Tokiwa was very knowledgeable and provided reassurance when required. She reviewed all the medications I was taking and my past medical history. She spent time answering any queries and took each concern seriously.
