**** ****** and his company, Mako Pool and Scuba, was inherited by me from our previous neighborhood pool board. The other negative reviews on here are spot on... Here is my account of **** and Mako. **** is admittedly abrasive and rude. Claims he was "in the military when others were learning customer service." **** is anti-Semitic, just look at the attached screen shot of his texts... "i hate". If you want to swim in your pool DO NOT USE ***************** AND HIS TEAM. We were only able to swim in our pool 2 times this year by the first of August. Our pool was green and always in Algae Bloom! He had us empty 1/2 our pools water as the only solution to get proper balance. This DID NOT WORK! The problem continued to worsen as new water was added. We called our previous service no longer in the area for advise.
