Mako company was a good experience for me. What made Mako terrible is they get away with having someone doing operators work and labor work at labor pay, and watch out for that Mando Colunga guy if you go against him you will be terminated soon. So my personal opinion pay your employees what cost of living is and don't pay them by what Mando thinks, because Mando pays people with his feelings about the person
