Best Teriyaki in Pasadena – The best teriyaki place in the area. I've been going to mako bowl for years now and the food is always great there. The teriyaki sauce is soooooo good. Just the right amount of sweetness. If you want a little kick try the spicy teriyaki sauce. Great for lunch or dinner. Price is very reasonable but you really go there for the food. If you dont like the sound of maggots in your food, dont eat here! – so i basically opened this account to inform people who like mako bowl in hastings ranch to stay away. i went there with my boyfriend today to get some late lunch. As im eating my edamame it starts to taste foul. I open it up to find maggots! thats right MAGGOTS! My office's favorite place to get lunch I admit I feel a little silly saying a little take-out rice bowl place is "world class". But I love this place and so does everyone in my workplace.
