Have a membership here and every time I go it gets worse and worse. They never fix the problem. Half the vacuums don't work and my truck still had soap all on it. When you ask the girls about it, she says all I can tell you cancel your membership that's sad that they can't fix the problems here and the people that work here, not the owners. You never see the owners here
I have a membership here. Came this evening to get a car wash & the two attendants that were working were having casual conversation with someone in a truck. They saw me pull up and continues the conversation. They finally decided to start the service on the truck after several minutes. unprofessional & a total disregard for customers time. The purpose is to be quick and convenient. Wasn’t so convenient for me today.
Drove 40 minutes up this morning, its 11:06am on a Sunday. Need to wash my vehicle as I just returned from Michigan and its covered in road salt. No one here. Says its open, but not a soul in sight. Disappointing as I always use this car wash. Looks like ill be going to Covington again so I at least know they are open 😩
