I love this place. Just wish they would pre wash the passenger side along with drivers side and windshield.
I was a member here and I always had an issue with tire shine going all the way down my car but I always wiped it off and never worried about it. This time it created a loud bang and damaged my bumper. I contacted corporate and they told me it was not their problem. The very next week my coworker went through and it damaged her car in the same spot. Again, “their car wash would not cause that damage” please do not use this company. Please don’t go here if you care about your vehicle this is a new vehicle and this is the damage and when we went to them with it they laughed in our face it’s sad people can’t even be respectful the plan we had was for platinum this should never even happened.
