Absolute blast dropping into this box. The coaching was super good, we did a spicy little Metcon and some lifting. Really enjoyed the place, it was clean, music was great, and as always the community of CrossFit shows out.
Very welcoming and non judgement zone for sure! They are helping me meet my goals and are communication is amazing! Happy to be apart of this amazing group now!
Love the culture here, everyone is kind and welcoming. This is a good place for training for every skill level. As someone who has a busy schedule, I appreciate the flexibility they provide as well.
