Fawad is a pleasure to talk to and work with. He was fast, efficient, and completely straightforward. There was no upselling, no pressure, and no unnecessary charges. I had actually been recommended by someone else to install a water softener, even though it wasn’t needed. Fawad took the time to walk me through why it wasn’t necessary for my situation. He explained everything clearly, gave me the option without pushing it, and was honest and to the point.

I had my hot water tank replaced by Makli Mechanical Systems last summer, and I had a good experience dealing with the crew. Both Fawad and Abdul were very polite, respectful and very professional in getting the work done, and they also did amazing job cleaning up after the work was complete. I highly recommend this company to anyone and I will use them again in the future.
