1. Work product fair 2. Several delays in starting project 3. Poor communications and coordination between owner and painting crew. Poor communications between painters who spoke spanish and customer. 4. Follow-up was a problem. 5. Owner did not bother doing a final check-in with me on completion and satisfaction.
From the start to the finish you did a great job on our painting project. Franklin and his wife did an amazing job and we would have them back when we need painting again. Thank you for the great service on this project.
