great – I went to my doctor for terrible abdominal pain and was sent to Dr. Maklansky for a CT scan. I had no appt. and they agreed to see me. The front desk staff was kind and helpful. After my CT scan Dr. Maklansky went over the findings with me. I had a kidney stone. While going over the pictures he called my doctor and gave him the results. He than asked me to wait in the waiting room so he could give me a report and some pictures to take back to my doctor. Great experience besides the pain from my stone
Bad experience – I was sent to MakImaging for a same-day sonogram. Upon arrival the desk personnel were busy, abrupt, but not overtly rude-- to me. Ewa, the imaging specialist, waited patiently after calling me for a room, and was business-like, yet nice and professional. After spending a good deal of time doing my sonogram, she left to get another radiologist who was awful. This woman was short, heavy, and had dark black curly hair. She was very, very rude.
