Refuse to do a safety recall on their grease gun without me destroying the hose first, leaving me without the tool until they get around to shipping it. Defective design on plastic chuckless drill that won't tighten. Defective design on impact gun where the pin will not hold the socket. Too many bad tools. Buy another brand
The guys here are great, they fix and help you take care of your wonderful Makita tools. Dropped off a drill I burned out, they sent it back good as new with no charge. BIG thumbs up!
