I would like to share my experience with makita today im a makita fan and have almost all the tools they made i got issue in my double charger battery that i bought not from long time less than year ago the charger only 1 side only working but the other side it keep flashing once i connect a battery to it i reached out to Makita yesterday in their website they send me immediately label to send the item to them in jamesburg NJ to fix it i did sent it yesterday around 4pm today in the morning i found email from them said they ... read more
Refuse to do a safety recall on their grease gun without me destroying the hose first, leaving me without the tool until they get around to shipping it. Defective design on plastic chuckless drill that won't tighten. Defective design on impact gun where the pin will not hold the socket. Too many bad tools. Buy another brand
The guys here are great, they fix and help you take care of your wonderful Makita tools. Dropped off a drill I burned out, they sent it back good as new with no charge. BIG thumbs up!
