Horrible customer experience 🤢. I booked an appointment for box braids for May 28th at 11:00am and braided confirmed the appointment. This appointment was set in place since May 23rd. On May 26th, braided sent out a link for me to confirmed my booking, which I did. No problem. Today, I woke up with a notification stating that the braided rescheduled my appointment without at least first talking to me first.
She retwisted and styled my locs and I love it! She is very professional and works fast, you get in and out. Nice welcoming vibe to the shop too!
Kishia is awesome! I found her through her Google reviews. She gave me highlights and a cut and style and it looks GREAT! She’s super nice and very professional. I have found my new stylist!
I would highly recommend this salon to anyone. Perry is very professional and an amazing stylist. My hair was so damaged when I started going to her and now my hair is so healthy thanks to her. I love how she is so knowledgeable and caters to each person's individual needs. I can guarantee that if you go to her, you will not be disappointed.
