The owner may be an excellent curly cut hairstylist. However, based on my experience with the initial consult, I Left before the haircut process could start. I left feeling unheard and small. Discounted In knowing how my hair is. She did not hear me, talked over me, and told me not to touch my hair when I tried to show her where my problem areas were. I have been coming to Making Waves for a number of years and the owner and her assistant are the best at what the do. I have never had something I have not asked for. They are friendly, caring and sensitive to the needs of all their clients, this I have seen first hand. They have been in business a long time and many, many clients are repeat clients who book appointments months ahead of time to get their prime spots!
