My partner and I both see Tracy about once a month or more. She is the only person who has really understood who I am and how my brain works. She is always there to help me understand myself and also my fiance in a way I never would before. I am really looking forward to doing more EMDR sessions with her. Â
My son and I both see Tracy individually and really enjoy working with her.  Tracy has very good insight and is very knowledgeable with grief, attachment, trauma and overall mental health practices and tools. We are very happy to have found her and look forward to our sessions with her. She is a counselling gem!! 🥰Â
