After rescheduling me for another job once already. Jonathan gave me a time for the next day. I took another day off and he was a no show. I sat around all day waiting and he never even called me. I called the office and she said they were just finishing up a job and heading to me. Well they never even showed or called. Terrible communication. Im not happy with this company at all. Now after weeks of waiting for the appointment I have to look for someone else to do my job.
We asked for a fall cleanup in December last year. They came, gave an estimate, told us a date range, and never showed up. We called, they said the truck broke down and they'd try again; they never showed up. Decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and get a spring cleanup. They did a great job at a good price. We asked for a quote for additional work and were told they'd get us a price by 4/14. Had an estimate from MSG from a great guy who, in retrospect, fed us a bunch of bull... "I'll email you estimate TONIGHT" .... That was Monday...nothing from them all week!!... We contacted them today & were brushed off with a voicemail from Marissa "Sorry, but our route in your area is full" .... Extremely disappointed by this "website looks excellent" but company far from it! Especially when we told the guy (Jonathon) COMMUNICATION IS #1 with us!!! Well, at least I found out before I gave them any money! ... Be Careful!!!
First time using MSG and I am very impressed! Communication with Jonathen has been great and his crew did a phenomenal job on my spring clean up and first mow. Looking forward to having them do my weekly maintenance.
