Great guys, but really poor experience and inexcusable when you spend over £100k. Incredibly disappointed with the lack of accountability and responsiveness from Steve and his team. Job completed and fully paid for on June 15th and it's 3rd August, but still waiting for scaffolding to come down. Making Room's 3rd party scaffolder was unreachable and unfortunately in hospital, so Steve suggested getting a colleague or another company to take it down. Have been waiting over a month now. MakingRooms did three projects for us: a kitchen extension /knock through: a veranda with underneath storage: and an end-of-garden studio. The reasons we went back to MakingRooms for each new project were the same: punctual and polite project management (where courtesy goes a long way) and excellent sub-contractors and trades. Not every project goes to plan - but the sign of a good building company is one that can adapt and deal with issues that arise. MakingRooms were excellent in that regard. Parkway - Raynes Park

Such a good experience from start to finish. The team always checked in and we were never made to feel that anything was too much. The handling of payments was so easy. We always knew what we were paying for. Would happily use Steve and his team again.

Making Rooms refitted our downstairs bathroom, built an extension across the back of the house and fitted a new kitchen for us. Before the work started, Steve spent quite a bit of time with us to find out what we wanted and came up with 2 or 3 options with different features and budgets. It was very clear before we started which trades were included in the Making Rooms remit and what we would have source, so there were no surprises.
