For about three years I received excellent ssrvice. However, during Covid 19 I paid for my service and I never received an updated tax summary. I have called, emailed several times and no one has returned my emails or telephone calls. I need a refund or I need my 2018 taxes done....Very frustrated.

Have had good service with Kristi Smith up until last year when cedar river took over. Then last year every time I called it was: she’s with a client; she’s busy, I’ll give her the message; I’ll have her call you back. Turned in ALL our paperwork for our business as well as personal taxes for this year & as of 7-20-2020 she still has not contacted us. Nightmare of gargantuous proportions. Kristi Smith promises but there never is delivery. NO communication, NO ONE answers the phone, NO return calls, ALWAYS "with another customer", NO work complete and they refuse to give me what they have charged me for ...My company data files for Quickbooks!!! Visiting Angels of Puyallup has been damaged greatly! Making Cents/Cedarriver Accounting has gone out of business. This is a good thing.
Three words! Overcharging, Non Responsive, Indolent. I paid Kristi Smith in 2016 to file my 2015 business tax and she never gave me a file. I NEVER heard back from her, never a response to emails or voicemails. They NEVER answer the phone. If you leave a message, no one will call you back. To date, May 2020, I haven’t managed to get hold of her, I actually had to investigate to find out anything about the business, it’s all very obscure.
