Dr. Maki Sato is amazing!! My father is 80yrs old. We take choosing his primary care physician very seriously. Unfortunately, front staff is incompetent and needs training on client service etiquette both in person and communication via my chart. If this would've been an isolated incident it wouldn't require a review of 2 stars. If this continues it'll hurt greatly to leave Dr. Sato's care.
