After eating here prompted me to write a review for another sister shop at Newcastle. Food here: Ramen is the same as in Newcastle which is good and comparable to Japan and Hong Kong standards. Sushi rice is much too sticky, more like the texture of rice in Thai mango and sticky rice. I can also see that the cook is spending too much force pressing the sushi roll. Take it easyan. The food was very good, so I have nothing to complain about in that regard. However, the service definitely could have been better. I asked if we could change tables because we were sitting close to the entrance door and it was a bit cold. There were empty tables available, but we were told it wasn’t possible. We accepted that, no problem. However, while I was still eating, the staff brought us the bill without even asking if we wanted dessert or anything else.
