I need to send off for a copy of my birth certificate from California in order to get my Washington State enhanced ID. I was surprised at the ease of scheduling! So much so that I was worried it was too easy. But, she was already present and ready for me when I arrived. We had all the required signatures within 10 minutes. Very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend her services and if the need arises in the future I would utilize her again.
