The office is run terribly. I was referred by my primary but this office kept changing my appointment with no regard for me or my needs. First my appointment time was changed to 6 am. But I set my alarm and went to see the new doctor who spent about 15 minutes with me asked me to try something and call in two weeks to see how it works. Dr Maki is very professional, he is informative and makes the experience as pleasant as possible. The staff at Ocean are all very efficient and also hello to make you relaxed. I would definitely recommend them.
5 Star operation from beginning to end. Had colonoscopy today (2-2-23) performed by Dr. Maki who was patient, informative, thorough and pleasant. Office staff were great. Setting up the procedure was a snap. Couldn’t find a complaint if I tried. Book yours today with Dr. Maki. Best of all: NO MORE LIQUID PREP -PILLS NOW
Not satisfactory at all. Gave me a minute as I was coming out of the procedure. Hard to get a hold of , somewhat arrogant. Just another pill pusher from an outfit out for the quick buck.
Dr Maki is awesome and all of the staff at Shore Gastroenterology and Ocean Surgeical Pavillion are very courteous, friendly and very professional-I highly recommend them. Thank you everyone for taking such good care of me.
