This is a great little make up shop for any professional makeup products you need. Eva was so helpful to find the perfect product that I needed. The store is a little confusing to find but it’s just because the shop is a two in one with a jewelry store. The hours might be incorrect but Eva is super responsive if you email her to confirm times.

I've seen some 1 star reviews on here about late shipping and bad customer service but I've had an amazing experience with this place. When I sent an emaile curious about the shipping, i got a response within 12 hours and I got my items less than a week later. They have been very responsive to their emails and overall the customer service was great!! Also, some of the best prices for sfx makeup that I've found.

The stores hours say only open one day which is fine but tried calling several days before and day of being open, no one answers the phone and the mail box is full. Sent an email, no response. Poor customer service

I have used this Company a couple of times before and had no issues. However, the last Orders I placed were for their Black Friday Special. I placed two separate Orders in November 2023, I never received the Orders until well into January. I had to do the follow up, which shouldn’t have been the case. I had to contact multiple times to check on these Orders. The first Order placed was Free Shipping, and the second Order the same night I paid Shipping. However they were packaged together.
