Kendra has done my makeup for multiple different events & every time it stays til night! She is one of the kindest people that I know & was super accommodating to the changes I had to make to timeframes too!
Kendra is an absolute star! Ive been getting my eyebrows and lashes done by her for over a year and have never felt more confident! I have also recently gotten a facial and she was so informative and helpful! She is such a positive and kind person and always makes me feel beautiful even if I am just going home after! Today I was having a day and it was the perfect pick me up!
My sister just recently got her makeup done by Kendra for her wedding on 9/20. Although the makeup was “decent” I watched her struggle dealing with Theresa for months. Through the disrespectful phone calls and emails my heart broke for my sister. I would not recommend based on that alone. She needs better customer service skills. For almost 2000 dollars, the makeup should have blown me away. Would not recommend.
Oh goodness I am not sure where to start, mainly because I am going to be sappy and emotional writing this review! Kendra was hands down one of the best vendors I could have ever asked for in regards to my wedding. Kendra has the kindest soul and is so receptive to feedback. I'm not sure why its not letting me leave a bad review. This is the 3rd time I've tried to send this over. Working with Theresa was an absolute nightmare. From the way she talked to us and the lack of empathy she had during this process I would never recommend. We had a bridesmaid drop out over a VERY serious issue. There was nothing we could do but bite the bullet and pay her way or find a replacement. Mind you its a backyard wedding and makeup was our most expensive vendor. Theresa said pay it or forfeit it.
