Good place and easy access
Easy to rent and pay. No hassle and great location.
There is not an automated gate. It has a chain and a lock which was never secure. Owner was not professional and blamed covid for not receiving parts for the gate. That was 4 years ago. Unit still had stuff in it from the previous tenant and rat poo. Has great curb appeal but ultimately not worth it.
I had an issue with getting into the storage building but the owner fixed the mistake as prompt as they could.
