From the warm welcome from Jaxson and his excellent product knowledge to the helpful and creative suggestions from Skye - both in the Richmond store, my experience was second to none. With a decision on a not so cheap product, I was allowed the time to think, and given really useful advice on what would be best for our space. I have never experienced such comfortable couches that the whole family just love to lounge on. The couches have managed to bring the teenage kids out of their bedroom and sit as a family watching movies. When girlfriends pop over, they never want to leave, nestling into the Maker & Son couches. They make all guests feel so relaxed and comfy. I couldn't;t recommend them more.
I was walking through Smith St and decided to check out the new store. No plans to buy any furniture at the moment, but after talking to Skye, I can see myself becoming a future customer! Fantastic level of knowledge, demonstration and engagement that you don’t often see in retail. Five stars, three hats and two thumbs up!
If I could give Maker&Son more stars I would. The fantastic quality of this hand made furniture has introduced a truly new level of excellence in Australia. It is beautifully hand crafted using the best fabrics & materials. Absolutely no shortcuts are taken. Moving house & State from Noosa back to Melbourne I decided to start with a new look & new furniture.
