So I went there on 10th of July for underarms waxing and the lady did that in a very rough way. I was having itching after that, I applied lotion and after 3 days I noticed patches of dry skin. This never happened to me before. As you are saying I have never been here I have attached a screenshot of my payment. Also, regarding your reply that I leave negative reviews, it all depends on the service.
Employees are always so kind, helpful and very patient there salon is always clean with great service and you can always expect a job done perfectly with amazing care
It was my first visit to Makeover 21, and I’m so glad I chose them! I got a butterfly haircut by Pallvi, and she did an amazing job. She was super friendly, made me feel comfortable, and gave great suggestions based on my face shape. The results were even better than I expected — stylish, fresh, and exactly what I wanted. The service was professional yet warm. Highly recommend Pallvi and the entire team at Makeover 21. Can’t wait to come back!
