I was supposed to get my nails done by Katie today at 5pm. I arrived at 452pm. I was a new client so I had never been there before. I waited in the lobby until 545pm. She never came. I had sent 4 messages and not gotten a response from her when I asked if we were still on for our appointment. At 830pm she finally texted me back and said she had a family emergency. One simple text would have taken 30 seconds to send telling me we need to reschedule. I will not be going back.
Macy is absolutely wonderful! Me and all my girls loved our makeup the day of our wedding. She’s very sweet and very talented!
