We discovered this gym while searching for a nearby training spot, and it turned out to be perfect for us. I do CrossFit, while my husband doesn’t, but this place offered the right mix of equipment for both of us. We loved our training experience here, and joining a class was fantastic. Paul created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere! I highly recommend this place!
I felt at home the moment I walked into the gym! Paul welcomed me with open arms, literally. His words were "we hug around here". I was visiting a friend who lives in the area and she made Makena her home, so I knew I had to as well. The wonderful thing about this gym is its diversity in equipment; there's something for everyone! And the atmosphere is inviting, positive, and energetic. You won't regret visiting and/or making this your community. Thank you Paul and the Makena fam! Mahalo!
