I felt at home the moment I walked into the gym! Paul welcomed me with open arms, literally. His words were "we hug around here". I was visiting a friend who lives in the area and she made Makena her home, so I knew I had to as well. The wonderful thing about this gym is its diversity in equipment; there's something for everyone! And the atmosphere is inviting, positive, and energetic.
