The receptionist is abrupt, rude and unfriendly. A dreadful introduction to a medical practice. She is not the right person for welcoming people to a medical practice. NP Allison was very nice and efficient.
TLDR Do NOT go here. Now for the review...... Christopher Olenec (doesn't deserve the Dr. Title) is one of the most unprofessional, uncaring person I have ever seen in the medical field. I went to get a Fibrosis scan, and all went well during the scan, tech said I would be called within about a week to get my results. I waited 2 weeks before I sent a message in patient portal to obtain my results as I still didn't hear from anyone.
