Overall, they are really friendly and obviously do their job. Just a little put off on how comfortable they are speaking about clients right outside the door well within ear shot- a little joke here and there is normal (I’m in sales and deal with all sorts of colorful personalities that you HAVE to gossip with your coworkers later) but I also heard my birth name multiple times being used despite having it changed almost six years ago- alongside other possible misgendering comments. Best Medspa I’ve been to. Eelan is so great and has so much knowledge. This is my 4th micro needling treatment and my skin looks amazing and glowy.

I had a great experience here! Eelan, who did my IPL treatment, was incredibly friendly, professional, and very detail-oriented. The whole process felt smooth and reassuring. I’m hoping to see improvements in my skin condition, and I’ll definitely consider coming back for other treatments in the future. Highly recommend!
