Location is great. Parking is plentiful. Access hours work for me. It's climate controlled but it can smell musty in there depending on the time of year and some of my items are musty. Editing to add, the staff have always been wonderful to deal with, whether it's in person, on the phone or via email.
Quick and easy ( short delay for location). The space we rented was clean and unlit but hallway lighting was adequate. Rep was effective and pleasant.

I have had my storage unit here and have had no issues. Clean and service is great if required for assistance.
