****Update*** The MOCC contacted my daughter and apologized for their mistake/ mess. The MOCC sent a different crew to my daughter's apartment the following day, and completed the job. The crew did break one of the blinds, which the company took full accountability for the damages and offered my daughter compensation (a quality that most companies are missing). This company did a fantastic job cleaning out my apartment. It looked better than it did when I moved in! Their communication was on point, making sure we were aligned on expectations, parking, and other possible issues. They arrived on time and texted me when they were complete. I really couldn’t have asked for more and the price was so reasonable compared to other companies! Thank you so much for such an outstanding job.
We did move out cleaning and it was amazing, they cleaned each and every closet as well! I am fully satisfied :)
Hands down WORST company . I scheduled a clean I let them know I had to leave my couch and a few things on the island but I emptied everything else . They didn’t come in the home just charged me a cancellation fee. It is 10000% a scam. Do not bother booking or putting your card info down with this company.
