Terrible. I drove from Austin to meet them at 12 to clean my previous apartment. They reached out once to tell me they would be late and then I couldn't get ahold of them until 2:30. They said it would be another 2 hours before they arrived. I had to cancel and will now have to make the drive once again once I can book another cleaning company. It is really frustrating that they wasted my time and did not communicate effectively. Would not recommend.

Horrible! Don’t waste your time. I hired a move in DEEP clean. There was nothing deep about it. The lady didn’t clean my showers, did not even touch my kitchen, and honestly it wasn’t worth the money I paid. The cabinets are FILTHY and sticky (which I know she didn’t touch because i cleaned them and the stickiness was gone), the countertops are nasty & she did not wipe the corners down.
