They keep to promising to call me back but no one bothers y call.I’ve stayed on hold for hours no help at all. I’m stuck in nyc with a huge loss on my pocket with a blind eye and deaf ear from them. This office is not honest and takes money without importing it, even if there is an import in the ticket. They do not respond to calls or emails. They are thieves and professionals in fraud and theft. The worst service ever. Don’t book with this company ever.
