absolute disgrace took a deposit then ghosted me, had a heap of excuses
This is not a good service. I have access for monitoring my solar system as a member, but NOT my husband (we have asked for it, but nothing has changed in more than 3 months, just "we are working on it"). The creator (admin, who can add users) is someone else (nobody knows who this person is). The creator knows when we wake up, when we go on holidays, everything. Our privacy is not protected.
