Posting off my dads account but wanted to leave a review non the less. Very professional place. They make complicated taxes look simple and easy at a fair rate. I Used to use H and R block (never again) i had also reached out to another local CPA that wanted way more to perform the same task. Was talking to them for a month and got no where. Make my Day CPA filed my 3 years of backed taxes within 2 weeks of our initial meeting.
I had a tax issue that was beyond me and I was hoping to connect and maybe stick with them. Their office manager offered a couple times to talk but seems to have ghosted me after I share a what my problem was. Saying "sorry we can't help you with this" is one thing, cutting off communication is another. I ended up reaching out to another group.
Exellent service. Nice Accounters. I am happy that our company work with this accounter company.
