Dry, tasteless, overpriced cakes – I found this bakery online, made an appointment for wedding cake consultation. I had to pay $50 even though on their website it's posted that the first consultation is free. After the 5-10 min meeting with an employee at a small table in the middle of the store I was given a small piece of cake to take with me home. Neither I, neither my fiance liked the cake. great cakes but pray for no problems – the cakes at make my cake is delicious however the service is terrible and please never order over the phone because they never explain their policies however if you cancel there is always different policies and the manager is never around to talk to ...So yes the service there is not very professional. Phenomenal Cake and Wonderful Service – I ordered a cake from Make My Cake for my stepdaughter's baby shower, on only two days' notice. The elegant carriage-shaped cake (for 75 people!) tasted like heaven on earth, smooth and moist, with rich chocolate flavor on the inside and sweet buttercream on the outside. Great Taste / less then perfect service – While this was one of my favorite bakeries for a number of years, amazingly they have seeminly fell out of my grace. Make My Cake has some of the best tasting cake around however they have seeminly loss site of what made them sucessful.
