I gave 2 stars because the people were friendly. However I purchased a Olive Oil relaxer that was expired. This situation could have went horribly wrong had I not bought the exact same item from a different store. I needed a second one because I have been natural for 3 years and I totally forgot the same box only had so much in it. I opened both packages to combine them but to my surprise one was yellow and the other was white. Rude & ungrateful↩was for previous owners.. went in 4/10/22 the NEW owners are very welcoming courteous informant ensured that I was knowledgeable of their $1&$2 hair sales in which they have alot of sales items to choose -u wont be disappointed-in specialized boxes very professional friendly greeted me as soon as I entered even gave ya girl(me) a compliment lol THANKYOU beautiful ladies I definitely will be back to shop n save💜
