I'm so glad that I found Melissa at Make ME Beautiful.. I had a perm about 6 weeks ago somewhere else and it just wasn't cut and shaped right .. I was trying to find someone in Farmingdale who is actually able to cut and layer hair.. I wear my hair in the old '80s look lol and not many hair cutters can cut it the way it needs to be cut ...
