It honestly took me a while to find a therapist I felt comfortable with, so starting wasn’t easy for me. But I’m really glad I did. She made me feel safe and understood from the beginning, and I’ve grown so much since working with her. I feel more at peace with myself and more confident overall. I’m very grateful for her and everything she’s helped me through. She truly changed my life. I’m really glad I took that step, and I couldn’t recommend her more.
