The technician was very sweet, and I really appreciated how accommodating she was when I reached out and requested a refund. Unfortunately, my lash lift left my lashes overcurled, uneven, brittle, and broken in some areas. I'm sure their other services may be great, and I'm grateful for how they handled my concerns. I just wish I had read about a similar experience before choosing to get a lash lift.
