Everyone has there bad days everywhere. I been to this place many times and use them all the time. They do a great job. Turn around time is awsome especially if you need something right away. If you don't like this place don't go there so that people like us can use their time more wisely on people who actually enjoy going there. Overall.. satisfied!
By far, this is the worse customer service ever received from a tailor shop around the Maplewood area. Figuring that a decent location (inside the Maplewood Mall) would be more professional, but NOT CORRECT! Be ready to enter into the store with some mean & annoyed looking receptionist (the daughter) wanting to take the order in and having me pay for it without giving the the through chance to explain how i really like it. I brought my wedding dress there to "tack on" a sash. The OWNER successfully snagged a 2 inch area on my dress and ruined the sash and were it was sewed to. DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING HERE!! When I asked for a refund she refused to fix it. They are worthless.
I'm not sure these people know what they are doing. My pants ended up being way too short and uneven.
