My daughter and I had a terrible experience today at Make It Fit, as she was getting her prom dress altered. A woman came in with an item they had worked on and it was torn. The employee proceeded to scream and argue with her instead of making it right. Despite who was right or wrong, it was a terrible display of customer service and professionalism. We won’t be going back.

Great quality work ,fast turn around :all hems are available next day (same day available also) and detail alterations takes just like 2 days.Everything comes back pressed and on the hanger :-)

Make It Fit saved the day! – I bought my wedding dress from a local bridal shop and had my alterations done there. After paying an arm and a leg, I was absolutely disappointed in the bustle they did. When I brought up my concerns, they basically brushed me off. I called Make It Fit with only a week before my wedding. Quality work is exelent and great costumer service!! lots of dressing rooms and knowledgable staff,verry important when you buy good quality clothes. They also have a bridal boutique ,that's amayzing!
A wonderful place. Excellent food and excellent atmostphere.
