I’ve been using this company for a few years now. I have always been happy with the people cleaning my home. The person I have now, Pedro, is a gem. He’s fast becoming a friend as we just seem to click. My home is always sparkling after he’s left. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a beautifully clean home at a reasonable price. 11/10
I had a frustrating experience with this cleaning company. The cleaners they sent could not communicate in English, which made it very difficult to explain even basic instructions. More importantly, the quality of the clean was unacceptable—floors were not washed. On top of that, the office consistently failed to follow our agreed-upon arrangement to invoice the NDIS, instead sending invoices directly to me. I cancelled the service on 01/04/25, yet I’m still receiving reminders for upcoming cleans I never booked. Very poor c... read more
Terrible service, poor communication, unfaithful conduct.
Great service and so flexible, when we change bookings even at late notice. Can’t recommend them highly enough!
