I called to set up an oral surgery appt. They requested a referral from my insurance and dentist. Once the referral was faxed, they said that "when they get around to it they will give me a call" so they would not make a profile or an appt without that fax(which had already been sent) I asked if she could note it in my file to make it a point to contact once they receive it and my profile is created ******** got irritated with and reiterated "when they get around to it they will call" me then she hung up.
