The owner is so nice guy. My car had accident and couldn’t drive late night. And he allowed me leave the car there over night. I was going to pay to park and he said it’s not all about money !
Super nice owner, stayed later just to make sure we got back on the road with our car in good order. Definitely recommend this business they went above and beyond to help us get home safely.
This place literally saved us today. We were on our way home from a family vacation when our car started acting up. It was not drivable. This place was not only open on a Saturday but put aside a job to help us get back on the road. We can’t thank you enough!
My car went down while on my way to a vacation. Had my car towed here where I was in contact with Royal. He was very informative and kept me up to date on my car. He made sure I received the best pricing for my alternator and explained the pricing of labor. I have safely made it back home to Illinois and wanted to show my thanks and appreciation. Brought my car to have my exhaust flex tube replaced. Spoke to the mechanic who said he can fix it, just needed to buy the new tube to be welded on. Left my car with him during the morning and later in the day he called to say it was done. Mechanic made sure the car was off the lift before I came so that see I couldn’t examine what he had claimed to do. Turns out all he did was wrap some adhesive tape around the bad flex tube to try and stop the leak. It did temporarily stop making the noise but only for a few days. Had to t... read more
