I’ve had an issue with their shipping. One time, I paid extra for expedited shipping, but they still sent it via regular USPS. I placed my order on a Monday, and while a label was created that day, the package still hasn’t been received by USPS—and today is Thursday. They consistently fail to ship packages on time. It’s extremely unprofessional. They seem to ship whenever they feel like it, regardless of what the customer pays for. I paid an additional $20 for expedited shipping, and it didn’t even go out.
This is not serious, I have placed an order for almost 200 dollars worth of products. It’s been more than a week, I was supposed to receive it two days ago but no news. Makari has no customer service whatsoever, you cannot reach anybody. Emails stay unanswered, call as well as and not calls back. This is really unprofessional. Honestly if you have another options for your products go that way because they are unprofessional.
