Reggie was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcomed. We are both powerlifter and there was a lot of plates and racks to use. They had a great variety of machines, everything you need.
I never liked gyms until I found Makana Training Center. Place is awesome, has a little bit of everything to train and level up, & they’re really great people that provide a lot for the community.
I had the privilege of training here while I visited home for a bit. I’ve seen friends train here on IG and had to check it out myself. I could not recommend this place more. It is a no frills, no thrills gym that has good old school equipment and an atmosphere of community you can feel. I wish this place was around when I was a kid living on the island still lol. Would absolutely come back when I’m visiting again
