The food is great, felt nice and homey
Had the nasi campur. Food was good, no doubt….but the place is a bit of a hodge podge. may need some update on the interior though…and cleaner toilet 🫣
I really love it—it has a truly authentic Indonesian taste. If you're craving home-style cooking, you should visit this restaurant. The fish is delicious, and the seasoning really comes through. It's halal.

Disappointed, disheartened and dismayed. As a lover of Malaysian food, I went to Makan on a friend's recommendation and it was quite possibly the worst restaurant meal I've ever had. The small menu made me think they'd mastered a few dishes. They haven't mastered any. Roti Canai: Frozen paratha. That's it. Served with a watery, flavourless dhal that tasted straight out of a tin.
