Did not notify that the clinic will be closed due to training. My appointment got rescheduled twice already!
I had a deeply unpleasant experience at this dental clinic. The dental hygienist was extremely rude and unprofessional. Despite my clear requests, she forced me to undergo procedures I explicitly declined, making me feel disrespected and uncomfortable. The lack of care and professionalism was disgusting. I strongly advise others to avoid this clinic, at least for cleanings. I will be filling a formal complaint due to my experience.
I called to receive help with a severe case of gingivitis; I received zero help. An HM3 answered, and I told her my situation. I told her how I can't eat normal food because of how painful it is, and I need to see someone ASAP because it's severe. She told me she can only schedule me a dental cleaning 2 months out, and a dental cleaning isn't even what I need. I had to go to a civilian dentist and pay out of pocket since I received zero help, and now I have to see a periodontist and pay tons of money out of pocket. Makalapa ... read more
